My School is My Salon design is a method to transform the school atmosphere and environment. The goal is a mindset shift for the students to professional while they are in the training environmnet. This is not an activity or a project, but a complete transformation for our professionals (students) to be more adequately prepared to enter the Cosmetology industry workforce. This method is the first of many educational materials we will create to help our professionals build a foundation to have a sustainable and successful career. 
 
The poster has 3 design options, Cosmetology/Barber, Esthetician, and Nail Classroom. The package will include a diagram that provides a description of student and staff roles, a sample temple for creating a salon price list, and an editable pdf temple will be email to create your own salon price list.
